NAL Pharmaceuticals Ltd is an emerging drug developer that applies the company's proprietary Bio-FX, Bio-D3 and Bio-CR Drug Delivery System (“DDS”) Technologies to develop unique dosage forms and delivery systems that include Fast Onset (“Bio-FX”), Transdermal Delivery (“Bio-D3”), and Controlled Release (“Bio-CR”) drug products.
The product development strategy of NAL is to develop new and improved drug products with enhanced efficacy, improved safety and/or better patient compliance by applying the above proprietary DDS technologies via the US 505(b)(2) approach and, therefore, extend the product life span for 20 more years with protection of NAL’s intellectual properties.
NAL has established product development, manufacturing and commercialization alliances with international partners in Japan, Korea, China, Europe and the US, aiming to develop the new and improved drug products based on the company’s proprietary DDS technologies in a time-and-cost effective manner.
NAL has been using the three captive DDS technologies:

for product developments, as well as research and
development
services, in the therapeutic areas including chronic severe pain, breakthrough pain, arthritic pain, migraine, asthma, post-chemotherapy emesis, smoking cessation, wound healing, and eye care, etc.
